This listing is for the End Cover / Plate 3583600 for Volvo Penta Raw Water Sea Pumps 21380890 and 3859907. If your pump won't prime it could be because of a grooved end plate causing a loss of suction. This is a like new resurfaced and sandblasted end plate. These cost over $200 new if you can find them.
