CORE REQUIRED: YES (within 21 days). The pump will come with a USPS priority shipping label to ship your old pump back. Ship it back in the same box. I am trusting you to send your old pump back and I pay for the return label up front. When payment is made you'll receive an email asking you to confirm you have a core to exchange or you can add a message to seller when you checkout stating "I have a good core". (A good core needs to be complete and without physical damage and extreme corrosion. If a failed attempt to rebuild the pump was made please let me know If you don't have an old pump to exchange please contact me prior to purchase.)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Volvo Penta OEM Rebuilt Raw Water Pump. Disassembled / Media Blasted / Inspected / New Parts Installed / Painted / Tested. New bearings, SS Hardware, impeller, o-ring, seals w/ 316 SS spring and retaining ring are installed. End plate is resurfaced or new and the cam and inner wear plate are replaced if necessary. The pumps are painted Volvo Green, tested and lubricated with glycerin impeller lube. This pump comes in a few variations 1) Molded Cam 2) Removable Cam 3) with or without an inner wear plate. Just bolt it on and return your old pump so I can continue to offer this service.

(Shaft sticks out 5mm farther on this pump from the other Volvo pump that looks similar. The part numbers for those pumps that use the shorter shaft are 858469, 858470, 858701, 10-24277-3. PUMP INFORMATION: This is a Flange Mount Raw Water Pump for Diesel applications. Impeller Kits are 21951356, or 1028BT-1. It's used on various TAMD, TMD, MD, AD Volvo Diesel Engines.
