Sherwood Crusader Raw Water Pump Major Kit P101 P1012 P1014 P1015 25029 25030

This is a Sherwood Major Rebuild Kit.  It includes an OEM Sherwood Impeller with other high quality parts. The Sherwood part number is 25029 or 25030.  Only HIGH QUALITY parts are used with the correct type of water resistant seal.  Make sure you get an OEM impeller even if you don't buy from me.  We rebuild a lot of pumps and we see the aftermarket impellers fail prematurely.   

This kit works with all Crusader / Sherwood Raw water pumps with the following kit / pump part numbers:

• Pump Numbers: P101, P1012, P1014, P1015, 40050, RA057031
• Kit Numbers: 25029 or 25030 Major Rebuilt Kit 
• Sherwood pumps are used on a wide variety of Marine Engines including Volvo Penta, Pleasurecraft, Crusader, PCM and many Ski Boats.  If you don't see your application please call.  

Here's what's included:

• 1 OEM Sherwood Impeller Kit with Gaskets
• 1 OEM equivalent Ergoseal branded 10927 Mechanical Seal
• 1 brass Camshaft
• 1 SS camshaft screw
• 1 brass camshaft sealing ring
• 4 SS allen bolts and lock washers
• 1 SS woodruff key
• 2 Peer branded OEM bearings
• 1 SS internal wear plate
• 2 SS cover plates (depending on which model pump you have 1 will not be used)
• 1 tube of impeller lube
• 3 retaining rings
• Shaft not included (Part #19293) can be purchased at an additional cost.
